Forms has 4 submenus, each responsible for its own feature.

Forms

The Forms submenu lists forms you have created. You can create, edit, preview and share your forms here.

Templates

The Templates submenu lists default templates and also the ones you have created. You can edit or create your new templates here.

Do you have a specific type of form that you frequently use? Just create a template for that and use it for your form creation.

Responses

The Responses submenu compiles the responses that you have collected for all of your forms. You can see your most important fields displayed based on your preferences.

If you wish you can export the responses into a CSV and import them into a given software or system.
