Creating a form
Creating your very first form requires less then 5 minutes.
Creating your first form using a template
There are pre-made templates available for you. The blocks are added and set for you. You can use them that way or modify them if needed.
The first form requires an additional step. You need to set your global preferences. You only need to set this once because it will be inherited for all of your forms later on by default.
Step 1
Go to Preferences to set your global preferences.
Step 2
Go to Forms and click on the
New Formbutton.Step 3
A modal is displayed. Click on the
Choose From Templatebutton.Step 4
Choose the template that you wish to use.
Step 5
Customize the blocks for your needs.
Step 6
Click on the
Previewbutton to preview the form.Step 7
Click on the
Continue to Settingsbutton to set your preferences.Step 8
Fill the required fields and click on the
Save Settingsbutton to save your form.Step 9
Click on the
...button of the given form and choose theCopy URLor theCopy iframeto share or embed your form.

Creating forms
Your global preferences have already been set, so all you have to do is to create your form in the form builder and let the global preferences populate by default.
