Branding
Branding gives the look and feel of your brand to the Hub products. Set it once and your products will always populate these for you. It is important to always represent your company's brand identity. The Branding section allows you to configure the basic color scheme and the logo displayed.
Logo
Upload your logo in PNG format.
Keep the colors in mind. If necessary, upload a monocolor version of your logo.
Color
The primary color of your Branding. It is used for Button elements.
Keep the colors in mind. The color and the button font color should always have appropriate contrast ratio.
Button Font Color
The button font color of your Branding. It is used for the text color of Button elements.
We recommend using white (#FFFFFF) or black (#000000) as Button Font Color.
Keep the colors in mind. The color and the button font color should always have appropriate contrast ratio.
Background Color
The background color displayed on the webpage behind your Forms.
We recommend avoiding vivid colors. #F6F5F4 or #FBFEFB can be a subtle choice.
Keep the colors in mind. They should alway be in harmony with your Brand.
Font
Hub Products use Google Fonts. These fonts can be used without license.

Legal Documents
Legal Documents are crucial for your Products. For example they are displayed to your users at the end of each Form. They need to acknowledge that they accept your legal documents before sending the Form.
Your Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy are hyperlinked. When the users click on it, they are displayed in a new tab in their browser. This way the workflow of the product is not disturbed.
Document type
Legal documents can be uploaded in multiple ways.
- PDF: Upload your legal documents in PDF format. Document editor apps are capable of exporting your documents into PDF format.
The upload limit for PDF files is 20 MB.

URL: Insert the legal documents from your website. All you need to do is to copy the URL of the given document and paste it.

Text: If you don't have your own website or PDF, you can upload your documents by pasting the text to its place.

Custom Text: You can add your own text for the legal document block.
Don't forget to make it a required field if the nature of the text requires it.
Custom Text requires a merchant and user permission. If you don't see it, contact your admin or our support.
Privacy Policy
Privacy policy is a legal document that explains how an organization handles any customer, client or employee information gathered in its operations.
It should specify any Personally identifiable information that is gathered, such as name, address and credit card number, as well as other things. Privacy policy should also disclose if data may be shared with or sold to third parties and if so, what the purpose is.
Think about the data planned to be collected. Adjust your existing Privacy Policy if needed.
Terms and Conditions
“Terms and Conditions” is the document governing the contractual relationship between the provider of a service and its user. On the web, this document is often also called “Terms of Service” (ToS), “Terms of Use”, EULA (“End-User License Agreement”), “General Conditions” or “Legal Notes”.
Think about the service or product you offer. Adjust your existing Terms and Conditions if needed.
Refund Policy
A refund policy is a document that contours the practices for getting refunds for purchased goods and services. A refund policy often details the eligibility requirements for refunds, types of refunds given, the refund timeframe, and the return process.

Modal Configuration
Forms let you customize even the smallest details of your Form like the modal displayed upon a successful submission.
Write descriptive and specific Title, Subtitle and Button. This will make your Form more user friendly.

Title displayed at the top of the Success Modal.

Subtitle displayed below the Title of the Success Modal.
Modal Button Text
Button Text displayed at the bottom of the Success Modal.

Social Links
Products can also be a powerful marketing tool. You can utilize it to display the links of your social media. You can add the URL of your Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin and Getter profiles to your Forms.
Support Email
It is really important for your end users to have the ability to contact you. Your Forms might not work as they are supposed to. They might find a typo in your text. They can have inquires related to your activity.
Create an email dedicated to support and Helpdesk activities. It is easier for you to track feedbacks and reports if it is a separated email address.
X URL
Go to Brand Settings to add your X URL.
Make sure to copy your X Profile URL correctly.
Facebook URL
Go to Brand Settings to add your Facebook URL.
Make sure to copy your Facebook Profile URL correctly.
Linkedin URL
Go to Brand Settings to add your Linkedin URL.
Make sure to copy your Linkedin Profile URL correctly.
Gettr URL
Go to Brand Settings to add your Gettr URL.
