Transactions

The Transactions submenu is the list page of the transactions you have. You can search for given fields of transactions, filter for parameters and view your transaction details page here.

Filter Bar​

The Filter bar component lets you choose the filters for which you would like to see the transaction results for. It has several differentiated sections, each responsible for its own functionality. The 5 sections are: Date Picker, Filter Chooser, Share Link, Settings and Reset Filter.

Date Picker​

The Date Picker component lets you choose the interval you'd like to filter for.

Month and year chooser: choose the desired month and year using the month and year dropdown at the top of the date picker.

Day chooser: choose the desired period by clicking on the first and last days of the period.

Predefined periods: you can also choose from the predefined periods at the bottom of the component. Choose from This Week, This Month or Last Month.

Currently selected: you can always open the date picker to see the currently active date filter period.

Always click on the Apply Now button to activate the filter for a given period.

The Filter Chooser component lets you choose the parameters you'd like to filter for.

Brands​

Filter for card brands. The filter will only display brands that occur in your transactions.

Payment Types​

Filter for payment types. The filter will only display payment types that occur in your transactions.

Payment Methods​

Filter for payment types. The filter will only display payment types that occur in your transactions.

Payment Processors​

Filter for payment processors. The filter will only display payment processors that occur in your transactions.

Transaction Sources​

Filter for transaction sources. The filter will only display transaction sources that occur in your transactions.

Currencies​

Filter for currencies. The filter will only display currencies that occur in your transactions.

AVS Match​

Filter for AVS Match. You can choose to include No Match.

CVV Match​

Filter for CVV Match. You can choose to include Match.

Response Codes​

Filter for Transaction Response Codes. The filter will only display codes that occur in your transactions.

Statuses​

Filter for Transaction Statuses. The filter will only display statuses that occur in your transactions. List of statuses: Authorized, Captured, Pending, Settled, Voided, Refunded, Returned, Late, Partial Refund, Declined.

Forms​

Filter for your forms. The filter will only display forms that occur in your transactions.

Form Custom IDs​

Filter for your forms. The filter will only display forms that occur in your transactions.

Share your search and filters via sharing the URL. The recipient only has to click on the link and everything will be prepopulated.

Settings​

The Settings section contains your saved searches. If you have a frequently used filter configuration, feel free to save it.

Reset Filter​

Reset your currently set filters back to the default selection.

Export​

You can export your filtered transactions in a CSV format. To do this, simply click on the Export button in the upper right corner. A modal will prompt you to name your file and download it.

Reporting Export

Transaction table​

The transaction table collects all of your transactions and displays them based on the date they were created and/or updated. It has pagination so that you can decide the number of transactions to display on a page.

Reporting Table

Name​

First and Last Name of the entity who initiated the transaction.

Transaction Type​

Type of the transaction. It only displays transaction types which occur in your transactions. List of transaction types: Auth, Verification, Sale, Credit.

Payment Method​

Payment method of the transaction. It only displays transaction types which occur in your transactions. List of payment methods: Card, ACH, Payment Token.

Brand​

Card Brand of the transaction. It only displays transaction types which occur in your transactions. List of card brands: Card, ACH, Payment Token. Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, Discover®, UnionPay®, and JCB®.

Amount​

Total amount of the transaction. It functions as a summary. Further amount details about the transaction can be found on the transaction details page.

Status​

Status of the transaction. List of possible statuses: Authorized, Captured, Pending, Settled, Voided, Refunded, Returned, Late, Partial Refund, Declined.

Date​

Initiated date of the transaction. Further date details about the transaction can be found on the transaction details page.
